This study presents the design and implementation of a web-based Fleet Management System (FMS) tailored for ITN Ltd., a leading media organization in Sri Lanka. The system introduces a fully automated, centralized platform that streamlines the entire workflow from transport request submission to vehicle assignment, driver allocation, trip tracking, and report generation.
